About Padma Elmgart

Ms. Elmgart is currently the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Management Committee of Global Atlantic Financial Group, a majority-owned subsidiary of KKR and a leading insurance company meeting the retirement and life insurance needs of individuals and institutions. Previously, Elmgart held several roles at Deutsche Bank, including Chief Information Officer and Global Head of Equity Derivatives Technology. She spent her early career at Citigroup on the trading floor and went on to work at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and JP Morgan. 

About Dan Martines

Dan Martines is a distinguished leader in Generative AI at BCG. He played a foundational role in establishing BCG's global Center for Generative AI and currently spearheads projects related to GenAI and digital transformations. Dan is a Managing Director at BCG X, and has 25 years of expertise in technology, AI and data. Furthermore, he actively engages with clients from across industries, with particular emphasis on Healthcare, Insurance and Financial Institutions.

About David Rokeach

David Rokeach, VP of Enterprise AI at Scale, is an expert in large-scale AI initiatives for the world’s largest companies. He has led the strategy, development, and deployment of complex AI solutions across industries, including insurance, retail, consumer goods, media & entertainment, industrials, financial services, and more. Previously, David was a Partner at BCG focused on AI strategy and implementation. He also served as a policy advisor in the US House of Representatives focused on technology & science.
