About Kathryn Harris
Kathryn Harris, Federal GTM, Director, Defense, leads Defense strategy and GTM activities within Scale AI’s Federal team. She’s led teams, driven business outcomes, and represented the U.S. Government at the intersection of technology, defense, and academia for two decades. Prior to Scale, Kathryn served as a DoD official on the Joint Staff and in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and she also previously led growth and delivery functions at Improbable, Govini, and SAIC. Kathryn also serves as President of the UVA Engineering Foundation and was previously an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She holds an MA with Honors in Security Studies from Georgetown and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from UVA.
About Benjamin Youngs
Ben Youngs is Head of Solutions Engineering for the Public Sector at Scale AI, leading a team that brings AI and ML solutions to government customers. Prior to Scale, Ben worked at In-Q-Tel, the strategic investor for the Intelligence Community. At IQT, Ben led investments in enterprise software. Prior to IQT, Ben supported multiple IC and DoD customers as a contractor designing, building and maintaining large-scale data and analytics platforms.
